Hidden among the trees at Caribou RV Park in Whitehorse, Cork&Fork is an open-air European restaurant unlike anything else in the Yukon.

Led by Chef Sandra and her team, Cork&Fork brings together the flavours, traditions and hospitality of Europe in one unforgettable setting. Our covered and heated patio offers a warm, welcoming place to enjoy homemade food, live music and long Yukon evenings — rain or shine.

Our dishes are not simply inspired by Europe. They are prepared using the same recipes, ingredients and techniques you would find across the continent.

Belgian fries are hand-cut and traditionally cooked in beef tallow. Our German bratwurst is artisanal and handmade. Our fresh pasta is produced from Italian durum semolina and Yukon spring water, then slowly air-dried. Our pizza dough is prepared over 48 hours using Italian flour, and like everything, desserts and ice cream are all made from scratch.

The menu travels through Europe, featuring Belgian classics, French tartes flambées, German specialties, Swiss cheese fondue, Italian pasta and pizza, Austrian Apfelstrudel and seasonal dishes inspired by Chef Sandra’s European roots.

There are no shortcuts, frozen convenience products or watered-down imitations — just honest, authentic European cooking made by hand in the Yukon.

Join us for a relaxed dinner, one of our weekly European specialties, a glass of wine or a European-style apéritif. On weekends, enjoy performances from talented Yukon musicians on our covered patio.
